About the Company
Le Carlina is a refined and classic luxury chalet located in Courchevel 1850. Part of the Alp’Azur group, the hotel offers a chic, family-oriented atmosphere with a gastronomic restaurant and exceptional mountain views.
Responsibilities
- Elaborate weekly schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels
- Manage, supervise, and motivate the pastry team to achieve performance goals
- Define, create, and implement desserts for menus, banquets, and breakfasts
- Supervise all culinary activities including preparation, plating, and distribution
- Control food quality and ensure compliance with establishment standards
- Adapt creative pastry offerings based on client evolution and maintain high presentation standards
- Communicate with front-of-house staff regarding daily dessert suggestions
- Enforce hygiene (HACCP), safety, and internal regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar high-standing establishment
- Strong leadership skills and ability to lead by example
- Knowledge and application of HACCP standards
- Highly organized, autonomous, and discreet
- Passionate and professional approach to pastry arts
