About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee entire restaurant operations including costs, labor efficiency, guest experience, and sales growth
- Coach and inspire team members to build daily operational disciplines
- Partner with the Chef de Cuisine on quality assurance and guest feedback implementation
- Manage new initiatives and maintain high team engagement
- Ensure adherence to health protocols and Department of Health standards
- Lead recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes
- Utilize digital platforms like Google Drive, Slack, Toast, and 7Shifts for communication and reporting
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in high-volume kitchen or operational restaurant management
- Proven experience with P&L responsibility
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong verbal communication and leadership skills
- Ability to adapt to seasonal menu changes and new recipes
