About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee entire restaurant operations including cost management, labor efficiency, and sales growth
- Coach and inspire the team to build daily operational disciplines
- Partner with the Chef de Cuisine on quality assurance and guest feedback implementation
- Spearhead new initiatives and manage implementation to foster an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ensure adherence to health protocols and Department of Health standards
- Lead recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes
- Manage communication across digital platforms including Slack, Toast, and 7Shifts
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in high-volume kitchen or restaurant management with P&L responsibility
- Deep understanding of efficient restaurant operations
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong verbal communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt quickly to seasonal menu changes and new recipes
