About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee entire restaurant operations including costs, labor efficiency, guest experience, and sales growth
- Coach and inspire the team to build daily disciplines for efficient restaurant management
- Partner with the Chef de Cuisine on quality assurance and guest feedback implementation
- Spearhead new initiatives and manage implementation to foster an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ensure smooth operational flow, culinary excellence, and adherence to health protocols
- Manage technological and third-party platform issues proactively
- Execute reporting and documentation for the leadership team
- Maintain Department of Health Standards and kitchen organization
- Lead recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes
- Facilitate pre-shift briefings and team-building events
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in high-volume kitchen or operational restaurant management with P&L responsibility
- Deep understanding of efficient restaurant operations
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong verbal communication skills and proactive approach
- Ability to adapt quickly to new recipes and seasonal menu changes
- Proficiency with digital platforms like Google Drive, Slack, Toast, and 7Shifts
