Chef Manager

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present food to high standards required by Caterlink and the client
• Ensure locations meet all statutory requirements for Health and Safety, Food Safety, and environmental legislation
• Support day-to-day site operations, including supervising teams and managing inventories
• Monitor budgets and implement action plans to maintain food cost management
• Enhance the company's reputation for excellent food and service to exceed customer expectations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef Manager
• Understanding of the education contract catering sector
• Excellent creative culinary and leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations
• Proficiency in food cost management and basic IT skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must have own transport for this mobile-based role
