About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present high-quality fine dining menus to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain stock levels and manage inventory effectively
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and general safety in all food preparation areas
- Maintain strict compliance with HACCP standards
Requirements
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- Minimum of 3 years industry experience in a fast-paced culinary environment
- Current Senior First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work a one-week on, one-week off roster cycle, including working away from home for up to 7 days at a time
- Physical ability to work on your feet for long periods
- Professionalism and immaculate personal presentation
