Responsibilities

• Lead breakfast, takeaway lunch, and dinner services for residents in remote villages
• Deliver safe, delicious, and innovative meals that exceed client expectations
• Maintain high standards of food safety and adhere to all contract safety protocols
• Contribute to a strong safety culture within the kitchen and site environment
• Work effectively within a Fly-In-Fly-Out (FIFO) roster from Perth Airport

Requirements

• Australian Trade Certification or Cert III in Commercial Cookery (essential)
• Experience in high-volume catering, including bulk catering or banquet service
• Experience in a la carte service within high-volume venues, restaurants, or hotels
• Ability to work a flexible FIFO roster
• Valid Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
• Medically fit to pass a pre-employment medical assessment
