About the Company
Hullu Poro Oy is a domestic tourism company founded in 1988, known for Hotel Hullu Poro, its restaurant services, and experiences in Levi. We employ nearly 250 people and provide unique experiences in the Lapland nature.
Responsibilities
- Prepare à la carte and order kitchen dishes with high quality and on time
- Presentation and precise finishing of dishes
- Receiving raw materials, quality inspection, and minimizing waste
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and safety
- Following recipes and portion instructions, and developing them in collaboration with the head chef
- Proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment
Requirements
- Previous experience as a chef or in similar kitchen roles
- Good understanding of hygiene and food safety requirements
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain organized workflows
- Creative approach to dish preparation and passion for developing flavors
- Good teamwork and communication skills with a positive attitude
- Sufficient Finnish language skills for work
- Readiness to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and seasonal periods
