About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate kitchen teams of more than 30 collaborators
- Supervise the operation of multiple gastronomic units
- Design and execute proposals for corporate and social events of up to 1,000 covers
- Manage profitability indicators, CMV, and Food Cost
- Develop and standardize recipes and production processes
- Ensure compliance with BPM, HACCP, and Hygiene and Safety standards
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and service excellence
Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience in gastronomic leadership positions
- Experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in 4 or 5-star hotels or high-level gastronomic establishments
- Mastery of signature cuisine, mass production, pastry, and bakery
- Experience using technological gastronomic equipment (preferably Rational ovens)
- Leadership, organization, decision-making, and team management skills
- Full-time availability
- Resident of Corrientes or availability to relocate
