About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team in Paris and surrounding regions
- Drive B2C sales growth by training the team and participating in the sales process
- Monitor individual and collective performance against clear objectives
- Manage the full sales cycle, including consultation, conversion, and customer loyalty
- Oversee recruitment, training, and CRM management
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac +5)
- Minimum 2 years of commercial experience and 1 year of management experience
- Fluent French and proficient English (written and spoken)
- Strong commercial drive, interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude
- Availability to work two Saturdays per month
- Full authorization to work in France
