About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deploy a tactical plan within your perimeter and set objectives for sales representatives
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective measures when necessary
  • Ensure key client satisfaction by overseeing timely request processing and management
  • Implement the commercial policy defined by management in compliance with legal regulations
  • Centralize and synthesize field information to maintain liaison with the central office
  • Ensure the team masters the products and services being sold to clients
  • Support team members in developing their commercial and behavioral skills
  • Promote the exchange of best practices to help team members progress

Requirements

  • Bac+3 to Bac+5 degree from a business school or a specialty in commercial negotiation
  • At least 5 years of experience as a field manager overseeing sales teams in professional services
  • Strong autonomy, organizational skills, and natural leadership
  • Valid driving license (Permis B)
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong management talents
