Chef d’équipe VRD

Responsibilities

• Lead a maintenance team of 1 to 3 agents in the repair and upkeep of sewage and rainwater networks (indoor and outdoor).
• Perform renovation work on building drainage and install wastewater/rainwater pipes.
• Execute earthworks using construction machinery or manual methods.
• Manage the installation and repair of wastewater and rainwater networks.
• Create openings or manholes for corrective and preventive maintenance operations.
• Perform various VRD masonry tasks following completed works.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License (Permis B) is mandatory.
• Experience or knowledge in secondary building works (Bâtiment second œuvre) or Public Works (Travaux Publics).
• Skills in masonry, plumbing, or network installation.
• Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, and a service-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Possession of a Caces mini pelle certification.
