Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated team for railway track installation, distributing tasks based on individual skills
• Verify the accuracy of installation plans in collaboration with the site manager
• Ensure installation cadences are met and report any anomalies or uncertainties
• Supervise the handling and correct placement of all railway track components
• Guarantee strict adherence to quality standards and installation plans throughout the project
• Perform concrete track concreting operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe construction site
• Enforce strict compliance with Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards for the entire team

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Railway Track Team Leader or experienced Track Layer
• Strong ability to manage teams and coordinate tasks effectively
• Knowledge of track installation plans and technical specifications
• Demonstrated commitment to EHS safety standards and site compliance
• Experience with concrete track concreting operations
• Personal qualities including rigor, punctuality, and the ability to work calmly in a team environment
