About the Company

SMAC is a collective of over 2,000 employees tackling technical challenges in building envelopes. With a network of 60 agencies, SMAC is present in metropolitan France, overseas, and internationally, specializing in energy renovation, waterproofing, cladding, roofing, and architectural facades.

Responsibilities

• Manage various SAS (maintenance/upkeep) construction sites
• Supervise and lead the team on behalf of the SAS Business Manager
• Prepare construction sites and receive supports
• Monitor and control execution
• Ensure site closure and report regularly to superiors
• Maintain good relations with other trades and ensure safety compliance

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a tradesperson in the building envelope field
• Valid driver's license (Permis B)
• Mastery of technical tools and DTU rules
• Ability to organize sites and plan necessary materials
• Strong teamwork and safety awareness
