Chef d’équipe œuvrant confirmé – activité nettoyage

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning activities across multiple sites, including apartments, public buildings, and urban cleaning tasks.
• Manage and lead a team of cleaning agents, ensuring proper integration of new arrivals.
• Establish work schedules and deploy teams to various locations.
• Ensure strict adherence to production, quality, and safety standards.
• Conduct safety briefings and prevention meetings with the team.
• Monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and manage equipment distribution.
• Oversee the quality of operations and respond to client complaints.
• Maintain and manage tools and materials assigned to the team.
• Act as a field worker when necessary to ensure operational success.

Requirements

• Proven ability to lead and animate a team.
• Natural authority and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license (Permis B) is mandatory for daily travel between sites.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Previous experience in social integration through economic activity (insertion par l’activité économique).
