Responsibilities

• Coordinate extraction operations and internal transport (on-site and fluvial) according to the exploitation plan.
• Manage and lead a production team, providing necessary information and guidance to meet objectives.
• Report activity to hierarchy using significant indicators and manage team conflicts.
• Oversee heavy machinery operation, ensuring daily equipment checks and optimal engine/maneuver performance.
• Perform or supervise first-level preventive maintenance (cleaning, oil levels, greasing) and manage subcontractors.
• Enforce strict safety and environmental rules, including organizing weekly safety briefings.
• Monitor product quality and report changes in deposit parameters (color, granulometry) to the Quarry Manager.

Requirements

• Valid CACES R 482 B1 and C1 certifications.
• Strong knowledge of production systems.
• Proven project management skills and ability to handle complexity.
• Excellent communication skills for team leadership.
• Proficiency in IT/computer literacy.
• Analytical, organized, and rigorous mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
