About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 10 to 30 collaborators (order pickers, forklift drivers, logistics agents)
- Lead shift briefings and communicate instructions
- Organize and distribute tasks based on operational priorities
- Support team skill development and train new arrivals/temporary staff
- Conduct follow-up interviews and participate in team development
- Guarantee productivity, quality, and safety objectives
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure respect for preparation and shipping deadlines
- Adapt resources based on activity load
- Identify malfunctions and implement corrective actions
Requirements
- Bac to Bac+3 in Logistics or equivalent experience
- 2 to 5 years minimum experience in logistics team management
- Proficiency in IT tools (WMS, Excel, production tracking tools)
- Good knowledge of logistics flows
- CACES 1B, 3 and/or 5 is a plus
