Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the packaging team on a daily basis
• Organize workstations and distribute tasks
• Participate in packaging operations (nets, boxes, trays, pallets)
• Adjust machines and perform format changes
• Control product quality and adherence to production rates
• Ensure compliance with QHSE, HACCP, and IFS procedures
• Ensure product traceability and monitor production indicators
• Manage production contingencies and propose corrective actions

Requirements

• BTS in production, quality, or food industry
• Valid CACES R489 categories 1, 3, and 5
• Proficiency in first-level maintenance operations
• Knowledge of continuous improvement processes
• Knowledge of quality, hygiene, and safety standards (QHSE, HACCP, IFS)
