Chef d'Equipe Jardinier/Paysagiste

Responsibilities

• Organization and management of green space sites including creation, landscaping, and maintenance
• Supervision of a team of landscape gardeners on the field
• Planning preparation, task distribution, and progress monitoring
• Active participation in works such as mowing, pruning, planting, and general maintenance
• Execution of small landscape masonry tasks
• Management and control of site safety
• Client relations and advisory services
• Ensuring quality of services and respect for deadlines

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in green spaces as a team leader or assistant
• Ability to organize and lead a team on the ground
• Mastery of gardening techniques, landscaping, and mechanization (thermal tools, mowers, hedge trimmers, etc.)
• Autonomy, rigor, and strong organizational skills
• Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
• Valid Driver's License (Permis B) is mandatory; EB or C license is a plus
