About the role
Responsibilities
- Pilot daily warehousing and stock activities while remaining operational in the field
- Supervise and lead a team including task prioritization and performance monitoring
- Manage reception, quality control, storage, and product availability
- Oversee inventories (cycle counts and annual) and track stock discrepancies
- Optimize stock levels and locations to reduce shortages and overstock
- Coordinate inbound and outbound flows including order preparation and shipping
- Implement and monitor KPIs and propose continuous improvement actions
- Ensure first-level maintenance of handling equipment and enforce safety rules
- Act as an interface between purchasing, production, sales, and transport departments
Requirements
- Bac pro / BTS in logistics or production management
- Significant experience in stock management, warehousing, or industrial logistics
- Team leadership and continuous improvement skills (Lean, 5S)
- Proficiency in WMS, ERP, and Excel
- CACES 1, 3, 5 certifications preferred
- Strong organizational skills and rigor
