Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 15 to 25 testing technicians in an industrial environment.
• Guarantee the safety of personnel, property, and the environment.
• Ensure the achievement of quality, cost, and deadline objectives for series testing.
• Organize and drive the resolution of operational problems.
• Develop team skills, versatility, and overall efficiency.
• Optimize resource allocation and manage allocated budgets.
• Represent management to staff and personnel representatives.
• Participate in the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management systems.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in industrial team management.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Knowledge or curiosity regarding train commissioning (e.g., power-on, equipment programming, HVAC, traction, and braking tests).
• Strong leadership skills and ability to make quick, autonomous decisions.
