Chef d'équipe centres de transfert

Responsibilities

• Manage operational teams across two sites, including recruitment of temporary staff, scheduling, and task allocation.
• Oversee site maintenance by planning preventive and curative actions and managing spare parts inventory.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, including periodic inspections and the maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
• Support contract management by preparing monthly and annual reports and participating in technical meetings.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and handle client requests or complaints.
• Implement and animate the group's Health and Safety policy, including safety inductions and prevention plans.

Requirements

• Bac + 2 degree.
• Proven experience in operational team management on-site.
• Ability to travel within the South Finistère region.

Preferred Qualifications

• Electrical certifications (Habilitations électriques).
• CACES certifications.
