About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a production team ensuring safety and quality standards
- Plan and organize daily tasks to meet production deadlines
- Optimize production processes to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Monitor performance indicators and implement improvement actions
- Coordinate activities with different departments
Requirements
- Proven experience in production management and team leadership
- Experience in the food industry is ideal
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and motivational abilities
- Rigor and sense of responsibility
- Ability to work in a 3x8 shift pattern
