About the role

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead a production team ensuring safety and quality standards
  • Plan and organize daily tasks to meet production deadlines
  • Optimize production processes to maximize efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor performance indicators and implement improvement actions
  • Coordinate activities with different departments

Requirements

  • Proven experience in production management and team leadership
  • Experience in the food industry is ideal
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and motivational abilities
  • Rigor and sense of responsibility
  • Ability to work in a 3x8 shift pattern
