Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize workstations for the cladding team
• Liaise with the site manager and works supervisor
• Advise, lead, and animate the team while meeting deadlines
• Ensure quality of work and compliance with regulations
• Enforce safety rules and instructions on site
• Distribute tasks and handle the most complex operations
• Monitor work progress and verify quality
• Manage tools and materials under your responsibility
• Carry out site clean-up and closure

Requirements

• Proven ability to read plans and detail notebooks
• Strong organizational skills, rigor, and reliability
• Team spirit with delegation and teaching abilities
• Knowledge of jobsite safety rules and ability to enforce them
• Experience in cladding or building envelope construction
