Responsibilities

• Manage human and material resources for the sanitation sector in the Nice region
• Supervise and coordinate commercial, operational, and financial activities
• Ensure compliance with legislation, contractual commitments, and work quality
• Develop the sector by prospecting a diverse client portfolio (industrials, local authorities, SMEs)
• Manage team HR tasks including scheduling, time tracking, and recruitment participation
• Oversee equipment fleet availability, compliance, and maintenance
• Enforce Group HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and action plans
• Monitor financial performance of projects to ensure optimal profitability

Requirements

• Bac +5 degree in commerce or a technical field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within industrial services
• Proven experience in commercial development and site management
• Background in industrial cleaning or sanitation services
• Strong awareness of and commitment to a high-level safety culture
• Entrepreneurial spirit with high autonomy and quick decision-making abilities
