Chef de Secteur Nettoyage Haute Pression

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop high-pressure industrial cleaning operations (HP, THP, etc.) within the assigned sector.
• Plan and organize human and material resources to optimize site operations and schedules.
• Lead and manage a team of approximately 15 employees, including time tracking and professional development.
• Oversee equipment fleet management to ensure availability, compliance, and regular maintenance.
• Monitor financial performance by managing budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring project profitability.
• Maintain high-quality relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities to grow the sector's activity.
• Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols and action plans.

Requirements

• Bac +5 or technical degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience, ideally in industrial maintenance management.
• Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong technical background and a pragmatic, field-oriented approach.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting professional relationships.
