About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive value sales with HM/SM clients by optimizing negotiated assortments, premiumization, and innovation
- Ensure execution excellence at points of sale through the implementation of the "perfect store" concept
- Collect and analyze market data, including pricing, shelf space, new products, and competitor activity using digital tools
- Implement negotiated actions with retailers and secure necessary counter-proposals
- Coordinate external resources to ensure high-quality customer service
- Act as a brand ambassador for Pernod Ricard, promoting a culture of responsible behavior
Requirements
- Educational background of BAC + 2 / 5
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or Sector Manager in mass retail (Grande Distribution)
- Strong mastery of sales techniques and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with digital tools and data analysis
- Strong business orientation and ability to prioritize commercial actions
- Rigor in execution, formalization, and administrative management
