Responsibilities
- Supervise the Nymark kitchen and summer points of sale
- Create menus in compliance with Executive Chef standards
- Manage staff scheduling and promote continuous training
- Ensure portion control and strict adherence to hygiene and safety standards
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and equipment functionality
- Contribute new culinary ideas and skills to improve team performance
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of culinary experience
- Culinary diploma (DEP or equivalent)
- High level of technical culinary mastery
- Proven leadership and training abilities
- Strong communication skills in French (oral and written)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
