About the Company
Le Carlina is a classic and refined luxury chalet hotel located in Courchevel 1850. Part of the Alp’Azur group, the hotel offers a chic family spirit with exceptional experiences including a south-facing terrace, relaxation areas, and gourmet dining.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and team leadership in compliance with labor laws
- Welcome and train staff members
- Coordinate and organize service workflows, including scheduling and information transmission
- Greet guests and escort them to their rooms
- Handle administrative tasks including check-in/out, billing, and reservation controls
- Present hotel services to guests and provide local activity information
- Manage emails, telephone switchboard, and cash drawer
- Ensure reception area cleanliness and collaborate closely with other departments
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar high-standing establishment
- Fluency in English (a second language is a plus)
- Strong autonomy, discretion, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and team player mindset
- Proven leadership abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Opéra PMS
