About the Company

Le Carlina is a classic and refined luxury chalet hotel located in Courchevel 1850. Part of the Alp’Azur group, the hotel offers a chic family spirit with exceptional experiences including a south-facing terrace, relaxation areas, and gourmet dining.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment and team leadership in compliance with labor laws
  • Welcome and train staff members
  • Coordinate and organize service workflows, including scheduling and information transmission
  • Greet guests and escort them to their rooms
  • Handle administrative tasks including check-in/out, billing, and reservation controls
  • Present hotel services to guests and provide local activity information
  • Manage emails, telephone switchboard, and cash drawer
  • Ensure reception area cleanliness and collaborate closely with other departments

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar high-standing establishment
  • Fluency in English (a second language is a plus)
  • Strong autonomy, discretion, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and team player mindset
  • Proven leadership abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Opéra PMS
