About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Charcuterie, Traiteur, and Traditional Cuisine department
  • Oversee sales objectives, margin targets, and hygiene standards
  • Organize, train, and develop the skills of a team of sales staff
  • Monitor consumer trends and manage the department autonomously
  • Build strong customer relationships through expert product advice

Requirements

  • CAP/BEP or BP Charcutier Traiteur qualification
  • Proven experience in retail or artisanal food sectors
  • Confirmed management experience in a large-scale retail or artisanal environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commercial mindset
