About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the Charcuterie, Traiteur, and Traditional Cuisine department
- Oversee sales objectives, margin targets, and hygiene standards
- Organize, train, and develop the skills of a team of sales staff
- Monitor consumer trends and manage the department autonomously
- Build strong customer relationships through expert product advice
Requirements
- CAP/BEP or BP Charcutier Traiteur qualification
- Proven experience in retail or artisanal food sectors
- Confirmed management experience in a large-scale retail or artisanal environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commercial mindset
