Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of restaurant service in our fine dining, Michelin recommended, 4 AA Rosette restaurant
• Ensure the highest standards of guest care and attention
• Cooperate with colleagues within the team and across other departments
• Tailor service approach to achieve high-quality results
• Maintain knowledge of the hotel, facilities, and the local area
• Take ownership of the guest experience to create memorable moments

Requirements

• Dedication and passion for hospitality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team spirit and trustworthiness
• Knowledge of seasonal Scottish and British products, wine pairings, and menu offerings is beneficial
