Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at sun loungers or in the pool area
• Take orders and advise clients on the menu (snacks, drinks, cocktails)
• Manage table and lounger rotation to ensure service fluidity
• Handle payments and billing according to procedures
• Maintain a clean and attractive area including clearing tables and arranging loungers/umbrellas
• Anticipate client needs such as water, ice, towels, and shade
• Monitor the general atmosphere and alert staff to any incidents or safety risks near the pool
• Manage stock and prepare installations

Requirements

• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Excellent presentation and sense of service
• Dynamic, smiling, and professional demeanor
• Ability to manage multiple tables or loungers simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills and autonomy
• Ability to work in heat and a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety rules
