Chef de Rang Room Service

Responsibilities

• Fulfil room service operations according to hotel policies, standards, and procedures
• Monitor all aspects of the guest experience from amenity layout to service delivery
• Enhance service quality and anticipate guest needs
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with guests while handling requests with care

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Italian
• French language skills are a plus
• Previous professional experience in a luxury environment
• Passion for service with high attention to detail
• Strong team player
