Chef de Rang Room Service

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper setup of the room service office
• Follow up on in-room orders and clear tables and trays
• Manage mini-bars
• Provide high-quality service in accordance with LQA and Groupe Barrière standards
• Respect hygiene and safety procedures and rules

Requirements

• Impeccable English
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Strong attention to detail
• Passion for high-end hospitality
• Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury establishment is a plus
