Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth operation of the food & beverage department to guarantee excellence in customer experience
- Work within a team to maximize customer satisfaction and comfort by responding quickly to requests
- Manage assigned tasks and missions with professionalism and within deadlines
- Contribute to the implementation of departmental plans and hotel objectives
- Collaborate with management to control costs, stocks, productivity, and performance levels
- Maintain effective working relationships while promoting company culture and values
- Ensure compliance with legislation and maintain standards for internal and external audits
Requirements
- Experience in food & beverage service is an asset but not mandatory
- Positive, solution-oriented, and hands-on mindset
- Commitment to exceptional customer service and passion for hospitality
- Ability to propose creative solutions and relevant recommendations
- Personal integrity and ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-excellence environment
- Proficiency in various computer systems
