Responsibilities
- Ensure high-quality service in harmony with the establishment's elevated standards
- Collaborate closely with the maître d'hôtel to coordinate service operations
- Establish privileged relationships with guests, anticipating and surpassing their needs
- Supervise dining room commis to guarantee perfect service
- Maintain a joyful and convivial atmosphere during breakfast service
Requirements
- Ability to carry trays with balance and precision
- Excellent memory of the food and beverage offerings
- Strong interpersonal skills and a welcoming attitude
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency in English (other languages are a plus)
- Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end establishment is an asset
