Responsibilities

• Support the smooth operation of the department at the highest level
• Work proactively within the team to improve guest satisfaction and comfort
• Provide positive and timely responses to guest requests
• Contribute to the achievement of departmental economic and quality goals
• Build and maintain productive working relationships with all departments
• Help improve service standards, profitability, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations

Requirements

• Experience in Food & Beverage (F&B)
• Passion for the hospitality industry and a strong customer attitude
• Autonomy, dynamism, and flexibility
• Problem-solving skills and creative solution finding
• Professional integrity and seriousness
• Proficiency with IT systems
• Good communication skills and proficiency in English
