About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome VIP clients with enthusiasm
- Orchestrate service with fluidity, elegance, and good humor
- Maintain deep knowledge of the menu and beverage list
- Coordinate service with the kitchen staff
- Serve drinks and food to clients
- Remain attentive and reactive to create memorable customer experiences
Requirements
- Ability to carry heavy trays with balance and grace
- Excellent memory for food and beverage offerings
- Warm, benevolent, and professional attitude toward clients and colleagues
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Fluency in English (other languages are a plus)
- Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end establishment is a significant asset
