About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure high-quality table service and maintain customer satisfaction
- Manage and coordinate team members and commis within your assigned station
- Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service
- Drive commercial performance through upselling and proactive customer engagement
- Maintain and care for all service equipment and materials
Requirements
- Professional training in hospitality or hotel management
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in a second language is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, welcoming attitude
- Strong sense of rigor, discipline, and attention to detail
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team in a luxury environment
