About the Company

Le Carlina is a refined and classic luxury chalet located in Courchevel 1850. Part of the Alp’Azur group, the hotel offers a chic, family-oriented atmosphere with exceptional gastronomy and a south-facing terrace overlooking the Bellecôte slope.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high-quality guest welcome and service
  • Set up the station and assist with dining room preparation
  • Advise guests to ensure an optimal dining experience
  • Oversee the smooth running of service across your assigned station
  • Act as an additional sales force for the restaurant
  • Supervise and mentor commis staff

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar high-standing establishment
  • Proficiency in English; a second language is a plus
  • Ability to quickly learn and memorize menu items
  • Autonomous, discreet, organized, and thoughtful
  • Strong communication skills and a team player attitude
