Responsibilities
- Ensure high-quality guest welcome and service
- Set up the station and assist with dining room preparation
- Advise customers to ensure an optimal dining experience
- Oversee the smooth running of service across your assigned station
- Act as an additional sales force
- Supervise and mentor commis staff
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar high-standing establishment
- Proficiency in English; a second language is a plus
- Ability to quickly learn menu details
- Autonomous, discreet, organized, and thoughtful
- Strong communication skills and a team player attitude
