Responsibilities

  • Ensure high-quality guest welcome and service
  • Set up the station and assist with dining room preparation
  • Advise customers to ensure an optimal dining experience
  • Oversee the smooth running of service across your assigned station
  • Act as an additional sales force
  • Supervise and mentor commis staff

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar high-standing establishment
  • Proficiency in English; a second language is a plus
  • Ability to quickly learn menu details
  • Autonomous, discreet, organized, and thoughtful
  • Strong communication skills and a team player attitude
