Responsibilities

• Organize the setup of service areas and the dining room
• Guarantee a high-quality customer experience
• Advise customers using excellent knowledge of the menu and products
• Perform service following professional standards: taking orders, table setting, clearing, and resetting
• Manage the assigned station, including bread and beverage refills and maintaining table cleanliness
• Execute end-of-service operations: tidying and preparing for the next service
• Maintain spaces in optimum condition regarding cleanliness and maintenance
• Adhere to aesthetic standards defined by management (grooming and setup)

Requirements

• Successful experience as a Chef de Rang or in a similar role
• Excellent presentation and professional appearance
• Dynamic, motivated, and organized
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently
• Strong team spirit and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and customer attentiveness
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
