Responsibilities
- Set up and restock the breakfast service
- Prepare hot beverages
- Set up the dining area for lunch service
- Provide table service
- Welcome guests with professionalism and courtesy
- Present and describe menu items to guide and advise customers
- Take orders and handle payments
- Anticipate and follow up on customer needs
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment in compliance with hygiene and safety standards
Requirements
- Proven service and sales techniques
- Good knowledge of menu items to recommend with conviction
- Ability to prepare basic beverages and culinary preparations
