About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure the setup and organization of your assigned station
- Welcome and assist guests with professionalism and elegance
- Advise guests on the menu and daily specials
- Guarantee fluid, attentive, and warm service
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
- Coordinate effectively with the floor and kitchen teams
- Maintain the high-quality standards of a luxury establishment
Requirements
- Confirmed experience in high-end dining or quality brasseries
- Excellent professional presentation and posture
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to service
- Team spirit and a dynamic approach to work
- Fluency in English is mandatory
