Responsibilities

• Create great experiences for guests alongside the F&B team
• Engage with guests and team members with energy and enthusiasm
• Handle bookings, payments, and billing using the POS system
• Perform daily mise-en-place tasks
• Professionally present the hotel through active, personal guest and customer contact
• Collaborate closely with all departments to ensure a unique hotel experience
• Work towards achieving guest satisfaction goals

Requirements

• Completed training in hotel management and/or restaurant management
• Experience in F&B service in a similar position
• Creative, open, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication and expression skills
• Hands-on mentality and flexibility to support the entire team
• Ability to engage and inspire guests
• Good German language skills (minimum B2/C1 level)
