Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth service flow and provide personalized, high-quality hospitality to guests
• Maintain perfect knowledge of the menu to meet and exceed guest expectations
• Execute service operations and table setups in strict accordance with 5-star quality standards and hotel procedures

Requirements

• Hospitality training (BEP/CAP, BAC PRO, or BTS)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a high-end establishment
• Excellent presentation and strong interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively within a team
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Must currently reside in or be arriving in La Réunion
