About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth service flow and provide personalized, high-quality hospitality to guests
- Maintain perfect knowledge of the menu to meet and exceed guest expectations
- Execute service operations and table setups in strict accordance with 5-star quality standards and hotel procedures
Requirements
- Hospitality training (BEP/CAP, BAC PRO, or BTS)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a high-end establishment
- Excellent presentation and strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Must currently reside in or be arriving in La Réunion
