About the role
Responsibilities
- Fulfill Food & Beverage outlet operations according to company policies and high standards
- Monitor all aspects of the customer experience from restaurant layout to service delivery
- Anticipate guest needs to ensure flawless service
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with guests, handling requests and enquiries
- Coordinate and monitor assigned Commis de Rang to ensure high service standards
