Chef de Rang

Responsibilities

• Fulfill operations at DaV Restaurant according to company policies and high standards
• Monitor all aspects of the customer experience and anticipate guest needs
• Establish and maintain good relationships with guests and handle inquiries
• Coordinate and monitor assigned Commis de Rang
• Contribute to the achievement of the outlet's economic targets

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Italian
• Previous professional experience as Chef de Rang in a luxury or fine dining environment
• Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and adaptability
• Ability to work effectively as a team player
