Chef de Rang

Responsibilities

• Fulfill Food & Beverage operations at Villa Beatrice according to company policies and high standards
• Monitor all aspects of the customer experience from restaurant layout to service delivery
• Anticipate guest needs to ensure flawless service
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with guests and handle inquiries
• Coordinate and monitor assigned Commis de Rang
• Contribute to the achievement of the outlet's economic targets

Requirements

• Previous professional experience as Chef de Rang in a luxury environment
• Fluency in English and Italian; a third language is preferred
• Knowledge of HACCP hygiene and health regulations
• Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and adaptability
• Ability to work effectively as a team player
• Passion for service and professional growth
