Responsibilities
- Ensure service quality in compliance with Barrière Group standards
- Handle order taking and plate service according to required standards
- Participate in food supply ordering
- Welcome clients following group procedures (smile, availability, conviviality, and courtesy)
- Ensure customer satisfaction levels meet Barrière Group and LQA standards
- Validate billing, verify cash drawer, and oversee opening/closing procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef de Rang in a restaurant
- Proficiency with Micros software
- Fluent English
- Strong team spirit and customer sensitivity
- Ability to manage multiple tables with agility
